Film Society of Bhubaneswar (FSB) invites you to its regular monthly screening of films for August 2026 on Saturday 8th.
The screening will be held at the Odissi Research Centre Auditorium, Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar (Mo Bus Stop: Xavier Square).

The film covers a vast history of 20th century Italy and is an intimate portrait of two friends, both born on 1 January, 1900…one the son of a socialist peasant farmer (Gerard Depardieu) and the other a son of a fascist landowner (Robert De Niro), The two young men pass through the upheavals of modern world, as their personal conflicts become an allegory of the political turmoil of the 20th century Italy. The film is scored by Ennio Morricone and the cinematogrpahy is by legendary Vittorio Storaro.
